Awareness & Betterment for Children & Young Adults with Unseen Disabilities
ABC is a society set up by Miss Julia Martin in order to donate money to schools that care for children with disabilities & special needs.
It is Julia’s intention over the next year to raise money for this most worthwhile of causes and Julia will be touring theatres throughout 2011 with her fabulous ‘One Woman’ show in aid of this appeal.
Any money that can be donated to these schools will make a real difference and it is really important that the details of this show get out to the local communities. With the support and help from these communities these theatres can be filled which will mean that the money raised can be donated to the local special needs schools of that particular community.
A MESSAGE FROM MISS JULIA MARTIN....
The reason I set up ABC is because I am very passionate about supporting schools that care for children with disabilities and special needs. I know just how challenging it can be for a parent of a child with disabilities, my own son Charlie is severely autistic and the local special school that Charlie attends is just fantastic.
If I can get this message out to the general public then I know that people will support this most worthwhile of causes. By using my 'One Woman Show' I hope to deliver this message to theatre audiences around the UK and help raise money, which can be donated to special schools that are local to each of my theatre performances.
